SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS!

I would like to take this time to remind EVERYONE (admins included) to actually READ the rules of this site. I have gone through and resized 7 signatures already because they were WAY TOO BIG!!!
If your signature picture is any bigger than the following image, then you HAVE to resize it or it will be removed!
And then you won't like me very much!
